GENERAL REFUND AND STORE CREDIT POLICY


As many of our products are perishable, requiring preparation days ahead, and freshly baked by our staff, our refund policy is as follows:

    • If you do not pick up your order, we do not give a refund. If you need it at a later date, you will have to pay for perishable items that require us to remake them. We cannot resell any product that is not picked up by the guest. 

    • We do not offer refunds for any consigned or wholesale items we purchase from another business. 

    • We do not offer refunds for merchandise. If there is a defect in the merchandise, please contact us within 48 hours  and we will coordinate a time for us to inspect the item. We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves and make refunds accordingly. 

    • We understand that life happens, if you cancel your order by 5pm (3) three business days prior to your pick up date, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund. 

    • We will provide a store credit for cancellations made outside of our refund period. 

GENERAL CHANGE IN PICK UP DATE POLICY

As many of our products are perishable, requiring preparation days ahead, and freshly baked by our staff, our change in pick-up date policy is as follows:

    • If you require a change in pick up date, please contact us within (3) three business days prior to your pick up date. We are able to accommodate later pick up dates, but cannot usually accommodate earlier pick up dates. 

    • For same day pick ups;  if you are running late or need to change your pick up time (on your scheduled pick up date) please call our cafe at (206) 485-7049 and we are happy to accommodate.
