Pre-orders are no longer required to enter the shop but are still available to those who would like an appointment

Pre-order appointments are still available on Wednesdays 11am-4pm but our cafe in Chinatown-International District is now open for walk-ins; no pre-order appointment is necessary. Walk-in hours are Thursday-Saturday 11am-4pm. All health & safety guidelines in the cafe are still required and enforced.

 
 
 

How It Works

  1. Place a pre-order online here.

    • We have a limited pre-order menu. Additional items including merchandise, desserts, and beverages from our espresso & tea bar are available to guests in the shop at the time of their pre-order pickup.

    • You will choose your designated pickup time at checkout. We are “ope”n for pickup appointments only on Wednesdays 11am-4pm.

  2. Familiarize yourself with the conditions of entry to our space. Read our COVID-19 playbook here.

  3. Pick up your order at our Cafe (504 5th Ave S, Suite 107A) at your specific pickup date and time you chose at checkout. Please be prompt—we are a small space and will be limiting the number of guests (2 maximum) allowed in at one time. Think of your pickup date/time as an appointment!

    • We will ask you for the name on the pre-order and if needed, a copy of the receipt (email).

  4. While you are picking up your order, you will have access to purchase additional products in-store. This newly curated shop includes merchandise from us and other Filipinx artists and businesses, additional baked goods, desserts, and beverages from our espresso & tea bar.

    • These items are not available on our pre-order menu and cannot be reserved.

    • We are open to the public for walk-ins Thursday-Saturday 11am-4pm.

REFUND + STORE CREDIT POLICY

As many of our products are perishable, requiring preparation days ahead, and freshly baked by our staff, our refund policy is as follows:

    • If you do not pick up your order, we do not give a refund. If you need to pick it up at a later date, you will have to pay for perishable items that require us to remake them. We cannot resell any product that is not picked up by the guest. 

    • We do not offer refunds for any consigned or wholesale items we purchase from another business. 

    • We do not offer refunds for merchandise. If there is a defect in the merchandise, please contact us within 48 hours and we will coordinate a time for us to inspect the item. We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves and make refunds accordingly. 

    • We understand that life happens, if you cancel your order by 5pm (3) three business days prior to your pick up date, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund. 

    • We will provide a store credit for cancellations made outside of our refund period. 

PICK UP DATE POLICY

As many of our products are perishable, requiring preparation days ahead, and freshly baked by our staff, our change in pick-up date policy is as follows:

  • If you require a change in pick up date, please contact us within (3) three business days prior to your pick up date. We are able to accommodate later pick up dates, but cannot usually accommodate earlier pick up dates. 

  • For same day pick ups;  if you are running late or need to change your pick up time (on your scheduled pick up date) please call our Cafe at (206) 485-7049 and we are happy to accommodate.
