4oz handmade yuzu jelly
Yuzu is believed to be a hybrid of the sour mandarin and icang papeda. Half-siblings with the calamansi, it is somewhat like a small grapefruit, very aromatic, but has a more subtle tartness compared to the calamansi. Our super limited, seasonal run of Yuzu Jelly is made with fresh Yuzu grown in the Pacific Northwest.
